Judithe Andre is a strategic qualitative researcher, moderator, and behavior change specialist with over 20 years of experience uncovering the human insights that drive innovation, connection, and meaningful change. A certified voice-of-the-customer expert and National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), she brings a distinctive ability to translate what people say—and what they struggle to articulate—into actionable strategies that influence real-world decisions and outcomes.
She is the founder of Verbal Clue Research, a full-service qualitative consultancy dedicated to helping healthcare, wellness, CPG, and nonprofit organizations find, interpret, and activate the voices of their key audiences. Judithe brings a rare and integrated dual lens to this work: she is a seasoned researcher who has led thousands of in-depth interviews and focus groups with patients, providers, and consumers, and a certified health coach and former wellness entrepreneur who owned and operated two boutique health-focused businesses. This combination enables her to move beyond surface-level insights to identify emotional drivers, behavioral barriers, and moments of opportunity—particularly in contexts requiring behavior change, habit formation, and sustained engagement.
Judithe is known for her rigor as a moderator and her skill as a professional “conversationalist,” creating environments where participants feel safe enough to share candid, nuanced perspectives. Her training in behavior change methodology further enhances her ability to probe effectively, uncover motivation, and decode the gap between intention and action. Prior to founding Verbal Clue Research, Judithe held roles at leading research and consulting firms including Burke, Inc., Yankelovich, and Copernicus Marketing Consulting, where she directed all phases of qualitative and custom research. Her work has supported initiatives ranging from segmentation and positioning to innovation, usability, communications development, and forecasting. She has partnered with clients across therapeutic areas such as oncology, CNS, rare disease, and women’s health, as well as in consumer goods, life sciences, and nonprofit sectors.
Judithe holds an MBA in Marketing from Northeastern University and a BA in English from The College of the Holy Cross. In addition to her NBC-HWC credential, she is a women’s health strategist and an active member of QRCA, Intellus Worldwide, and the Product Development and Management Association (PDMA).
